OUR CENTER

Kindred Nursing and Rehabilitation - Caldwell (Caldwell, Idaho) has emerged as a respected leader in providing psychiatric services, with our patients and residents primarily 55 and older. Our care plans are structured to best meet the needs of those struggling with cognitive status, psychosis and other behavior-altering challenges.

We encourage participation in our activities program, directed by a Certified Recreational Therapy Specialist/Social Worker. We also offer behavior modification groups, led by a Master’s-level social worker.

Our center has been awarded the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare’s L. Jean Schoonover award, the American Health Care Association’s Bronze – Commitment to Quality award and we have received a Four-Star Rating from Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
