We invite you to tour our facility at any time it is convenient for you. For an on-site assessment for admissions, please contact our Admission Coordinator at (208) 459-1522.
Upon admission a personal care plan will be developed by our interdisciplinary team along with a guide as to how the care will be provided. This plan will be monitored and modified as necessary throughout your stay. We encourage family and caregiver involvement as much as possible.
